Warranty Conditions

  • VIITA Watches GmbH grants a worldwide warranty for VIITA Watches products.
  • VIITA Watches GmbH guarantees to the first consumer/first purchaser that the watch is free from material and processing defects for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  •  Excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear of the battery or other parts as well as damage due to improper and/or commercial use, accidents, non-compliance with important instructions or improper maintenance. Also excluded from the warranty are cracked, broken or scratched case/displays as well as textile and leather wristbands, elastic straps (e.g. the chest strap of the heart rate sensor).
  • The warranty also does not cover damage or consequential damage caused by maintenance work carried out by personnel not authorized by VIITA Watches.
  • The warranty does not cover direct or indirect damages or consequential damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred in connection with the product.
  • The guarantee does not apply to second-hand products. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge by a VIITA Watches authorized service center, regardless of the country in which the product was purchased.
  • The guarantee granted by VIITA Watches does not limit the legal rights of the customer according to the respectively valid national law nor the rights of the customer towards the dealer from the sales contract concluded between both.
  • Keep the receipt as proof of purchase well! The guarantee for all products is limited to the countries in which the product was originally offered by VIITA Watches GmbH.
